    It's a New Year. Now What?

    Let us not get caught up in the hype of a new year. Instead of resolutions, let's set actual goals with action steps so that we have the tools in place to make 2019 our best year yet! With every change of year, we expect some sort of magical transformation to occur as if fairies enter our room at midnight and sprinkle us with magic dust.
