It's a New Year. Now What?

Let us not get caught up in the hype of a new year. Instead of resolutions, let's set actual goals with action steps so that we have the tools in place to make 2019 our best year yet!


Want to make 2019 your best year yet? Write down your goals and action steps to reach them.

With every change of year, we expect some sort of magical transformation to occur as if fairies enter our room at midnight and sprinkle us with magic dust. A more realistic approach is to grab your journal and a hot cup of tea and envision what you truly want to manifest this year. Here are some prompts to get you started on manifesting a wonderful 2019:

1. Reflect on where you have been.

2. Re-align the areas of weakness and instead make them areas of strength.

3. Ask yourself what you want to create this year.

4. Envision the life that you want to live.

5. Get clear on what you want.

6. Write out your action steps with deadlines to accomplish them.
